Shipping MethodsMost orders will be shipped via UPS, FedEx, Truck (for heavy freight), for all other services, unless otherwise deemed appropriate. Please note, any requests for shipping with USPS will incur a service charge. You do have the option of providing your shipping account information, but please note this option is not available for direct shipment from our factory.
Blank or sample orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday) after your order has been placed. Printed products will ship according to production given on the website and/or your sales rep. Once your order has been picked up by the carrier, delivery times may vary depending on the shipping method you selected during checkout, the sourcing location of the items on your order, and the location of your shipping address.
UPS/FedEx have suspended guaranteed transit times on all ship methods and services for Domestic and International shipments. We will select preferred methods, but will not be liable for delayed deliveries due to UPS/FedEx or any other carrier's suspension of transit time guarantees. Please count on 2 -3 additional days for transit.

We also provide shipping out of factory overseas as well. This may result in portions of your order being shipped in multiple packages and having multiple delivery estimations.

Shipping Exceptions & RestrictionsWe make our best effort to meet the timing requested for delivery. However, if the requested timing is not met, the customer's remedies are limited to the guarantee provided by FedEx, a refund of freight charges, and/or the opportunity to return the purchased items subject to our Return Policy.

Delivery addressAll packages must be sent to a validated street address. Customers are responsible for entering correct ship to addresses. Ship to addresses requiring correction may incur additional shipping charges and delivery delays.
Please note, that all shipments are designated to commercial deliveries by default. If the delivery needs to go to a residential delivery within the 50 states, please note this in your checkout notes or tell your Sales Rep when placing the order. Tracking Your OrderAt the time your order is shipped, you will receive a Ship Notification email. A link is provided in this notification that you can use to track the delivery of your order. We suggest that you save this email until your order is fully received. You can also track your order on the U.S. Postal Service Website, UPS Website, or FedEx Website.
