We are happy to accept returns on merchandise that are defected in the imprinting, product quality or data load, with original packaging, and with proof of purchase. In order to do this, you must contact us within 3 business days of delivery of your product.

Proof of Purchase includes:

  • Email receipt or Order Number
  • Customer phone number or email address provided at time of purchase


First 3 days: Once you call us within the 3 days, you must talk to our RMA department to arrange for a return. Please note, that all returns must be pre-approved and assigned an RMA number before shipping back to KTI Promo.
Non-Standard Items & Consumable parts: We will not accept any returns on non-standard orders that include any special outsourcing or consumable parts (i.e. batteries, pen refills, etc.).
Standard Items without Decoration: Standard Items that are purchased blank with no decoration may be accepted but are subject to 25% restocking fee.


All our products are guaranteed against defects for 1 year. Consumable parts, including but not limited to batteries, and pen refills, are not cover under warranty.

How Do I Return An Order?

Pack the item securely in the original packaging (include the tags if you still have them).
All return shipping charges must be prepaid. (Sorry, no COD deliveries.)
For your protection, we recommend that you use FedEx or UPS with tracking.

Keep a copy of the Return Tracking Number until your order payment has been credited to your account.

A return authorization number is required for all returns to insure proper packaging and shipping standards for your protection. Call us at 1-800-275-6387 to receive a return authorization number.

You will be refunded the shipping cost if the return is a result of a manufacturer defect on our part.

How Do I Exchange an Order?
In order to make an exchange, you must place a new order. When your return arrives, we will issue a partial refund, minus stocking fees and shipping costs, to your credit card. Please note, that any custom orders or consumable parts (i.e. batteries, pen refills, etc.) cannot be returned.
