Not all smartphones are wireless charging enabled. If you have a smartphone that is not wireless charging enabled, you can purchase a wireless charging adapter for your device and plug it into the charging port of your phone, and place the adapter between your phone case and actual phone, then place your phone on the wireless charger and your phone will begin to charge. By default, KTI Promo's packaging does not include adapters.

Warning:
Wireless charging uses magnetic induction to charge your phone. Don't place anything, especially a metal object between your phone and the charger. Doing so may cause a severe overheating issue that can damage the wireless charger and your phone. The magnetic strip, if it is on the metal object that is between the wireless charger and your phone, will be damaged or cause reduced performance issues. It is recommended to remove your phone case before placing your phone on the wireless charger.
